The product

INVIDI Pulse is a video ad serving software for broadcasters and online video distributors.

Pulse users are mainly ad operations executives, analysts, and sales teams.

The challenge

Originally developed on a basic CMS, Pulse underwent a redesign in 2020.

The new look needed to be supported by clear, consistent copy that supports the user experience.

How I helped

At every sprint throughout the project, I worked with the product managers and designers to articulate goals and align on key messages.

I either wrote new copy or edited the existing ones on the UI for consistency, clarity, and tone of voice. This included work for:

  • Feature names

  • Labels

  • Error messages

  • Confirmation dialogues
